Steve
Blau is an internationally recognized
leader in the commercial real
estate industry with more than
30 years of experience. He is
adept with almost any type of
commercial property — office,
industrial, retail, investment — and
has over 10 years of experience
in corporate advisory services.
Among many other achievements,
Steve was President of the Society
of Industrial and Office Realtors
in 2001, President of Corfac
International in 1990, and President
of the Philadelphia Board of
Realtors in 1989. He has held
professional designations in
the Society of Industrial and
Office Realtors and the Counselors
of Real Estate — and is
a founding member and designee
of the International Association
of Chartered Realty Advisors.
In 2002 he partnered with Fred
Meyer in the formation of the
Crestar Alliance.
Over
the course of his professional
career, Steve has garnered many
awards and recognitions. He
was honored as Realtor of the
Year by the Philadelphia Board
of Realtors. He earned the Deal
of the Year Award for a $74
million build-to-suit office
transaction. He has completed
single transactions involving
properties that exceed 1 million
SF. And Steve has represented
some of the world’s leading
corporations and institutional
property owners in various engagements
and capacities. His client list
includes General Electric, Borden,
Freightliner, Toys ‘R’ Us,
GlaxoSmithKline, First Industrial
Realty Trust, the Shidler Group,
and The Pep Boys. Finally, Steve
is acknowledged as an authority
on the professional ethics and
standards of the commercial
real estate industry. |
