Julie started her career in real estate as the managing member of a real estate partnership that owned a 44,500 sf commercial retail shopping center located at the gateway of the University of South Florida Campus in Tampa, Florida.

In this capacity, Julie managed the revitalization and renovation of the shopping center, including the conversion of its six-screen cineplex movie theater into retail units. She is also experienced in the development and management of a 16-unit residential condominium complex.

Prior to establishing a career in real estate, Julie owned and operated a motorsports dealership in Tampa, Florida, selling motorcycles, ATVs, and scooters. Julie relocated to the northeast and is teaming with Rebecca Ting, Vice President of the Office Division at NAI Mertz.
