Mal Shreibman has been a member of SIOR since 1996, is a member of multiple professional organizations, and has been a recipient of the NAI All Stars Award. In May of 2008 Mal was noted in the Wall Street Journal in recognition of his efforts working with the Opus Group. Recently, in 2008 Mal had the largest transaction within the NJ SIOR chapter and in 2007 was recipient of the Broker All-Stars award, presented by Real Estate New Jersey Magazine. In 2004, Mal was recognized by CoStar Group Inc. as being among the Top 25 Brokers in the Philadelphia area as well as being named Broker of the Year for the Philadelphia Region by First Industrial Realty Trust. In 2003, Mal was named Broker of the Year by ProLogis, a leading provider of distribution facilities and services in North America, Europe and Asia. He was named among the Top Ten Brokers of the Year by NJ/PA Real Estate Journal and was honored for having the Best Industrial Lease of 2003. |

Mal has been an Industrial Real Estate specialist since 1985, and has spent his entire career at NAI Mertz. His record of sales and leasing in excess of 25 million square feet of industrial space in Southern New Jersey lends truth to Mal's theory that no matter how things change in the industry, nothing replaces old-fashioned hard work and loyalty in servicing his clientele. That attitude has consistently kept Mal at the very top of the Southern New Jersey producers.
