Fred Meyer has been working in the commercial real estate industry for more than 25 years. He has developed strong skills in all aspects of office and industrial sales and leasing transactions. He has been successful by combining his communication and people skills with creativity and a thorough analytical view, resulting in numerous transactions. Fred has won national awards for leadership skills and production, and is a national speaker on real estate and Six Sigma.
In 2002, Fred created the CRESTAR Alliance, a national alliance of real estate professional providers, whose services are delivered through the application of Six Sigma and Business Process Management philosophies and methodologies. CRESTAR Alliance members include leading international professionals in property advisory and asset management services. During his career Fred has been a broker at NAI Mertz, President of NAI Mertz Corp of Pennsylvania, Executive Vice-President at GMH Capital Partners and President of IntegRealty.
