Paul began his career in commercial real estate as a property accountant at Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, Inc. He was promoted to the acquisition group with responsibilities evolving into asset management and property management as the market changed.
With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience Paul is a powerful component of the NAI Mertz team. His specialties include maximizing property values with hands-on expertise in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, as well as asset management and brokerage.
While working for First Industrial Real Estate Trust, for the past seven years, Paul was involved in all phases of real estate operations including identifying investment opportunities, developing asset management plans, dispositions, leasing and marketing an industrial portfolio in the Greater Philadelphia market that ranged from 3 million to 8 million square feet.
