Background & Experience
Josh Johnson joined the NAI Mertz team in October of 2018 under Senior Vice President Joseph Riggs, Jr. He relocated from the New York City metro market where he was a resident of Hoboken for close to five years. Since 2015, he had been a full-time sales associate and training manager with The Jill Biggs Group - Coldwell Banker and consistently doubled his annual sales volume since beginning his career in real estate.
Josh brings a wealth of experience in real estate technology and customer relationship management. He has a charismatic and energetic demeanor along with a great ability to work high-end deals and keep his clients’ needs organized. Growing up in New Jersey, Josh has a vital knowledge of the Burlington, Gloucester, and Camden County area as well as the New York and Philadelphia metros.
Prior to his real estate career, he worked in the public relations department of a major music label and studied electronic media and film in college. His experience in real estate and public relations has taught him the importance of building relationships and utilizing his network of connections.
Josh is rounding out the strength and capabilities of the NAI Mertz Southern NJ Office team which collectively offers unmatched market intelligence and client service all rooted in an incredibly strong track record of success.
