As VP, Logistics Solutions Group, Linda Battistelli brings a wealth of experience to NAI Mertz with her background in the insurance industry and nearly 20 years in the commercial real estate field with a top five ranked global real estate brand. Linda is focused on strategies to develop business initiatives in the logistics sector with both existing and new clients.

Background & Experience

Linda started her career in the insurance industry growing into a regional management position with a major insurance company. She subsequently transitioned into real estate where she continued to develop her distinctive abilities and skills in various positions in management working closely with company affiliates, specialty councils and staff. Linda’s expertise and keen interpersonal skills led to the successful implementation of many of the company’s strategic initiatives. She is seasoned in business development, client service, account and transaction management in support of major corporations both domestically and internationally. Her diverse background makes her an ideal resource to grow and service business in support of NAI Mertz’ growth objectives. Of particular interest, Linda’s focus in the industrial/logistics sector is supported by a Six Sigma Green Belt certification which enables clients to benefit from a streamlined process supporting the facilitation of commercial real estate requirements.


Relative to Corporate Services, Linda has worked in an oversight capacity or in support of such accounts as: Advance Auto, Air Products, Bank of New York, DHL, GTECH, Hertz, Hostess Brands, Kelly Services, MCI, National Semiconductor, Pepsi-Cola, USPS and Walmart. She was keenly involved in the creation of a unique systematic approach to each account allowing for a streamlined process for each client whether the focus was a single objective or a portfolio of requirements. The client specific initiation package offered key information, objectives, requirements and process resulting in expeditious and successful results for the respective client. Requirements for the various clients ranged from 7,500 SF of office and retail sites to 150,000 SF big box locations and airport warehousing.
