Scope of Service Experience

As one of the newest additions to NAI Mertz, Matthew O’Rorke has quickly made his mark on the Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia commercial real estate markets. Under the direct leadership of Fred Meyer – Executive Vice President and Corporate Services Chair for NAI Global, and Jonathan Klear – Senior Vice President, Matt is focusing on tenant representation and corporate services, with very enviable results. He has already represented numerous tenants for both office and industrial uses. Matt is also a key member of the team that has brokered significant industrial and retail investment sales transactions, primarily through the use of the Real Capital Markets platform.

Background & Experience

Matthew O’Rorke is a self-starter who combines his expertise in financial analysis with dedication, motivation, and a single-minded focus on delivering unparalleled representation to his clients. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Penn State University, with a concentration on Real Estate. Matt interned with NAI Mertz in 2016 and excelled at providing the members of his Industrial and Corporate Services team with in-depth financial and quantitative data analysis used to create pro formas, client property marketing material, and broker opinions of value.


Before joining NAI Mertz, Matt fine-tuned his customer relations, financial and business skills with TD Bank. His key responsibilities included examining the financial performance of existing and proposed third-party vendors and analyzing commodity expenditures to improve the cost effectiveness of TD Bank’s spending.
