NAI Mertz Announces Sale of 60,000 SF Flex Facility in Keystone Industrial Park to Faropoint

Mount Laurel, NJ (May, 13 2025) – NAI Mertz is pleased to announce that the NAI Mertz Licht Team, Jeff and Jared Licht, has sold a 411 Sinclair Road, a 60,000-square-foot flex/industrial facility located within the Keystone Industrial Park in Bristol, PA to Faropoint. This is the second facility that the Licht team has sold in the last three months within the Keystone Industrial Park in Bristol, PA to Faropoint. The second facility was 150 Rittenhouse Circle, a 101,250-square-foot flex/industrial facility. The Licht team has been retained as exclusive leasing/marketing agents for the two properties.
