NAI Mertz Completes Sale of Huntingdon Valley Industrial Building to Reliable Equipment

NAI Mertz is pleased to announce the sale of 1610 Republic Road in Huntingdon Valley, PA. NAI Mertz represented the Buyer, Reliable Equipment, in the purchase of this 18,000 square foot industrial building. The Seller was Mann Corporation.

1610 Republic Road is a one story, free-standing industrial facility on 1.5 acres featuring 4,000 square feet of office space with the remainder warehouse space boasting 18’ ceiling height, three (3) exterior tailgate docks and one (1) oversized drive-in door.

Reliable Equipment is one of the leading manufacturers of American made hydraulic tools and utility products and utility product in the United States. Reliable has more than 125 products for use in all phases of D.O.T., Power Utility and Line Construction.

Jeffrey Licht, SIOR, Senior Vice President and Manager of NAI Mertz’ Pennsylvania Operations, orchestrated the site search and eventual expansion for Reliable Equipment. “We were under agreement of sale at another property but it just didn’t work out so we kept on looking. It wasn’t easy as the local industrial marketplace is so tight on buildings for sale but Norm and team were loyal and willing to look a little outside their comfort zone and we got lucky with 1610 Republic”, said Licht Sr.

Licht said he received help from teammates Jared Licht and Adam Lashner as well as Chris Pennington acting as a consultant for Mann.
