What You’ll Do
As a Sales Associate, you will prospect to grow a book of business. You’ll conduct market research and attend property tours, prepare proposals, negotiate deal terms, and shepherd transactions through to successful closing. You will collaborate with senior brokers, research professionals, and marketing staff — and leverage our evolving technology stack — to deliver exceptional service and outcomes for your clients.

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings prior commercial real estate experience and an established network of client relationships, but we encourage junior agents, career changers, who have at least five (5) years of business experience to apply. What matters most is your drive, your character, and your commitment to building lasting client partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience (commercial real estate experience preferred but not required)
  • Active real estate salesperson license, or a firm commitment to obtain required certifications prior to start
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard business software; familiarity with CRE platforms (CoStar/LoopNet, CREXi, and similar tools) preferred
  • Experience working in a Salesforce environment preferred
