The property is a 44,055-square-foot industrial facility with 2,029 square feet of office space. Mertz represented the buyer, F.W. Webb, a wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, cooling, HVAC/R, LP Gas and industrial products. Klear represented the seller, Faropoint. The sale price was $6,400,000.
